You should be thinking "this is too slow" for at least the first 10 miles. <BR/><BR/>That's pretty much it! If you can hold back for the first 10 miles or so you'll be good to go for the rest. It will get really tough toward the end, but just keep running and keep smiling and know we are all thinking about you and cheering for you!!<BR/><BR/>Good luck this weekend Emily and HAVE FUN.
