Does deciding on your bike ride home that you're too burned out to run make you a quitter, a loser? No. It is a feasible and healthy way to rejuvinate your body when it is most needed. Rescheduling your run for a different day of the week is not faltering.
So there.
Since I have no mileage or pace to report I will mention that shortly, when I can download the data, I will be adding my past mileage to my "breaking the tape" page. I will soon link this up to this blog so I can see how much I've run in the past few months or so. Most of my recent runs have been recorded so it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.
I couldn't post something w/o a graph, so here is the elevation of my bike ride home!

Hey, some days are just not for running.
You are awesome for riding your bike to and from work every day. I would like to get a bike because now I just walk, which is significantly less awesome.
