MeMeMe: Snickerdoodle Heaven

Oh my god, in the mail just arrived a package with a DOZEN Aroma cookies from Liz. I cannot believe she sent these to me. So nice! This rounds out my planned meal tonight of Baked Lays and good Pinot. Seriously, could life be better?

Goals For the Week (8/3/09)

1. Take vittles.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Eat healthy and track it.
4. Stretch 15/day.
5. Trigger Point 15/day.
6. FOLLOW TRAINING PLAN.
7. Find course for 15 mile run on Sunday.
8. No weekday drinking (ok, no more than 1 drink!).
9. Go to yoga once.
10. Lift weights or something of the like.
11. Don't make an ass out of myself @ Bachelorette Party.
12. Buy something cute for Bach Party.
13. Address wedding envelopes/buy stamps/make map & have printed/stuff envelopes.

(This took a turn in the bridal direction, but I need help staying organized.)

Goals For The Week (7/13/09)

Recap: all a miserable fail! But at least I have good intentions again!

HEALTH:
1. Get lots of sleep
2. Take vitamins
3. Drink a lot of water
4. Eat healthy food
5. Track food
6. Stretch and/or TP daily
7. Behave in Tahoe
8. Yoga – go at least 3 times (find a place in Tahoe)
9. Abs - something
10. Arms - something
11. Draft marathon training plan – get feedback

HOUSE:

1. put more stuff away
2. organize storage/bsmt
3. contact prev owners
4. figure out garden
5. pull straws for who cleans up the dogshit in the lawn
6. buy grill
7. decide when to have bbq/party
8. send out change of address email - DONE 7/14/09

WEDDING:

1. INVITATIONS!!
2. house rental
3. planner contract
4. figure out florist
5. figure out music
6. figure out officiant
7. figure out dessert
8. send out thank yous from wedding shower

Goals For The Week (11/24/08)

1. Follow training plan.
2. Do Turkey Trot on Thursday. DONE!
3. Stretch more. Done! I did this more but not as much more as I probably should.
4. Do Trigger Point more. Done! I did this more but not as much more as I probably should.
5. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. SORT OF - I think I did better but not as well as I should.
6. Take vitamins. FAIL! I did not take one vitamin this week. Seriously.
7. Figure out this stress/sleeping thing. DONE - sleep has gotten better but the stress has also gotten better.
8. Don't get too mind f'ed with work. DONE!
9. Moderation over holiday weekend. SORT OF - I didn't overeat but did manage to drink myself into thanksgiving oblivion. Hot!
10. Have fun with family and friends. DONE!

Goals For The Week (11/3/08)

1. Complete my Coach Shawn workout plan. (Including time trials at the track!) DONE!
2. Go to "crazy weights" at 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning. (DONE!)
3. Continue to wake up at the same time as last week (become a morning person?) (As of Wed I'm 3 outta 3) 11/9 update - this was really hard but I did manage to wake up relatively early... Once I really get into my running I am going to make an effort to wake up at 6 a.m. and get my runs done before work. There is really no reason not to. Especially since I will have guests and visitors over the next month that will require my time and attention.
4. Go to yoga (I'll say once, but go for twice) 11/9 update - I did go once, so this is DONE!
5. Cross training (spin, hike, swim, etc.) 11/9 update - this did not happen.
6. Moderation! 11/9 update - I think this worked out beautifully this week, even through celebration dinners nothing was completely overdone (except maybe my time trial).
