Week of 10/2

Week 3 of Becoming A Runner Again; same thing as last week:

3x 4 miles lunch runs
1x 5-6 mile week night run
1x 7-8 mile wknd run

I've been managing to get in everything but the week night run for the past 2 weeks. Let's see what happens this week!

It's hard to get in a weeknight run, especially as it gets dark earlier every day.

Can you run in the morning? Still dark, but not as dangerous (I think?). Or run with someone? We occasionally (ha) do the group run in Danville... somethng like that?

Or, run both weekend days? (I never got into that)

I am a bad example so I will offer no suggestions.

But don't you have a gym membership still? It sucks, but run on the dreadmill.

I guess that's a suggestion now, isn't it....

I did do the night run tonight, but it doesn't count cause it was only 4 miles. Running groups are good, maybe I'll try that. Thanks guys!
