Goals For the Week (8/10/09)
1. Follow training plan (Tu=9, Th=11, Sa=5, Su=17).
2. Find good route for Sunday's run.
3. Go to yoga once.
4. Weight training once.
5. Do trigger point 15/day.
6. Stretch 15/day.
7. Eat healthy & track it.
8. Take vitamins.
9. Drink plenty o water.
10. No weekday drinking (and by no I mean just one).
11. Buy salt tablets, use on Sunday long run.
12. Set up appointment for sports massage for sometime in the next 2 weeks.

- 6. Take vitamins. FAIL! I did not take one vitamin this week. Seriously.
- 7. Figure out this stress/sleeping thing. DONE - sleep has gotten better but the stress has also gotten better.
- 8. Don't get too mind f'ed with work. DONE!
- 9. Moderation over holiday weekend. SORT OF - I didn't overeat but did manage to drink myself into thanksgiving oblivion. Hot!

- 2. Get trained on Trigger Point and follow program set forth by Shawn. DONE! This system is awesome.
- 3. Stay balanced socially/physically/mentally, esp during the visit of my BFF from college this week. (And the UofM/Ohio State game!) DONE!

- 1. Follow my training program. DONE! I am happy to report I completed the training to a T.
- 2. Moderation; especially during my wine tasting on Friday. FAIL! I hate myself for not keeping it together.

- 1. Complete my Coach Shawn workout plan. (Including time trials at the track!) DONE!
- 2. Go to "crazy weights" at 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning. (DONE!)
- 3. Continue to wake up at the same time as last week (become a morning person?) (As of Wed I'm 3 outta 3) 11/9 update - this was really hard but I did manage to wake up relatively early... Once I really get into my running I am going to make an effort to wake up at 6 a.m. and get my runs done before work. There is really no reason not to. Especially since I will have guests and visitors over the next month that will require my time and attention.
- 4. Go to yoga (I'll say once, but go for twice) 11/9 update - I did go once, so this is DONE!
- 5. Cross training (spin, hike, swim, etc.) 11/9 update - this did not happen.
- 6. Moderation! 11/9 update - I think this worked out beautifully this week, even through celebration dinners nothing was completely overdone (except maybe my time trial).

you did look very angry in that first photo. the last looked like nasty porn hair after an outdoor in the rain scene.

Ohhh I love the crazy wet hair look! Especially since it came after such an awesome run.
Man I'm glad I have short hair.
I live in Seattle and I definitely know how it feels to come back from a run soaking wet!
